Domains

Vocabulary 1.1, in edition 1.0-draft-1, defines 30 keys across 17 domains: the 27 of the first vocabulary and three more. Each key has a closed value schema, a semantic kind, a cardinality, sensitivity flags, the disclosure levels it supports, a renderer for each and examples at each level.

The flags matter for what can happen to an entry. A safety-critical or special-category key can never be observed or inferred, only declared by the person, and every safety-critical key holds several entries, so one allergy or alert never replaces another. A key marked not inferable cannot be inferred, whatever a domain setting says.

The viewing, reading and music domains form the named group media. The group is a label for documentation and the worked example; it adds no key, level or permission.

The vocabulary deliberately bounds the first interoperable release. Broader example keys from earlier proposals are candidates for a later version, not silently accepted text fields. Unknown keys are rejected, and unsupported imports are reported before the person proceeds.

Browse the current domains, read the vocabulary, or download the complete definitions.
