ISO/IEC TS 27560:2023, Privacy technologies - Consent record information structure, edition 1, 8 August 2023, from JTC 1/SC 27, catalogue entry 80392. It is a Technical Specification, not an International Standard. The catalogue marks it "to be revised"; a replacement draft, ISO/IEC CD 27560.2, "Structure of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) Processing Records", is in progress. Catalogue data were read from ISO's open data feed on 4 October 2026, because the catalogue page refused automated reads.
What is taken
No licensed copy of the standard was available to the editors; the field-level mapping from grants and receipts to the consent record structure is pending a licensed text, and this record cites the catalogue entry only. A9 already says the draft claims no certified mapping to this standard.
Why
Exporting a grant as a recognised consent record lets a person or an auditor read it with other consent tooling, through the portable export (A11).
What is extended
When the mapping is written, the disclosure level and the rendering version are expected to be extensions, since they are Open Personal Context concepts.
What is replaced or not used
Nothing yet.
Deviations
The field-level mapping is pending a licensed text. The W3C DPV group's guide "Consent Records and Receipts as per ISO/IEC TS 27560:2023 using DPV" (15 February 2026) is a possible public route to the field list, but it is not the standard's text.
Conformance checks
PORT-01 in the conformance manifest, with runtime evidence pending until the mapping exists.
